Post-implementation Support

Once our software is live at a client a site, we feel we have embarked on a strategic partnership with the client and we do our utmost to support the site. We offer various support agreements that cover office hours support and even out of hours support depending on the nature of the application and business operation.

Our support can be offered over the phone, face-to-face and even remotely using electronic tools over an Internet connection. We pride ourselves in ensuring our staff availability to honour our support agreements since we believe that providing peace of mind to our clients is our role in assisting them to maintain a stable, smooth business operation.
