Implementation of Bespoke Software

Developing excellent software is, for us, just the first part of a successful project. Project success depends on a smooth implementation. Our in house implementation methodology relies on close communication between Newera staff and the client to ensure that the software is developed according to agreed specifications as well as to the client’s satisfaction. We emphasise that the client staff need to run through the software, ‘test’ the complete processes and formally accept our products before ‘go live’.

Once software is formally accepted and commissioned to hit the live environment, the process of rollout follows. This involves user training, handholding and support during the go live. Despite the fact that we rely on rigorous testing before go live to minimise the risk of surprises, we ensure that key Newera resources are on site during go live to promptly deal with any queries as they arise. We are proud to state that our experience and commitment to implementations has, to date, resulted in an exceptionally high success rate for our software projects.
