NewEra is a young, dynamic and forward looking solutions provider. Although the company was only incorporated in 2001, its founders have over 25 years experience in the ICT sector providing software, services and consultancy to many organisations in diverse industries.
The founders brought together a wide range of skills and knowledge with the objective of creating an organisation that could truly deliver business benefits through IT solutions by understanding the customer and constantly keeping the customer at the centre of all design and decisions.

Access Dimensions Addons
Our strong relationship with Malta’s territory partner for Access Accounting UK, Philip Toledo Limited, has led us to develop a number of standard add-ons to the core product. This work has led us to play a key part in the current strong market position Access Dimensions occupies.
Business Intelligence
NewEra is the territory partner for Panorama Business Intelligence software for Malta and Italy. Our expertise in this area has driven us to conclude a number of successful Panorama implementations and we look forward to more in the future.
Business Consultancy
NewEra staff apply their experience and methods in a number of instances to deliver business consultancy to our clients. Our belief of translating complex matters to simple language helps us deliver even more benefits in this area.
Training
We are experienced in organising and carrying out training. Besides general product and functionality training that we carry out for our customers, we have on occasion organised training in Microsoft products in collaboration with other firms and with full endorsement from Microsoft. This training frequently also involves the sourcing of qualified overseas tutors as well as all the marketing and logistical arrangements.

Quality is another one of our key values. We try to ensure quality in everything we do. Our software development is backed by standard development methodologies and documentation standards developed internally and based on industry standard practices. These methodologies are focused on mitigating risk and delivering maximum business benefit. They also address team aspects of software development such as version control and naming conventions.
We also strive to ensure quality in the systems we deliver by ensuring that what we deliver is what the customer wants. We do this by carrying out structured meetings to gather requirements and then documenting these requirements as a means of showing the customer what was understood. These approved requirements are the basis for our software development.
Other ways of ensuring quality is through our staff. We ensure our staff continually grow and develop both personally and in their skills to become more and more effective and professional in their approach and delivery. Our staff are our key production and delivery tool. Ensuring their quality ensures our output.
Furthermore, at NewEra we are fixated on delivery time. We will deliver products when we have promised to deliver them. In our values, a promise is a promise and should not be broken. For this reason, in our eyes a delivery date is not there to be shifted since we believe it could disrupt client plans and instil disappointment, two things we are not at all interested to do.
